Floor PlannerHow it works

For the floor plan in front of you. And the one after it.

Keep the template.

Redraw once. Reuse your work. The original Balcony Home floor plan appears beside its editable reconstruction.

Redraw: walls, openings, furniture and fixtures are traced over the reference. The reference fades, leaving editable sample geometry.

Save: in the editor, Save as layout stores a framed design named Balcony home template in the Library.

Reuse: a separate board named Next home plan starts empty. Add layout places an editable copy of the saved template. The original remains in the Library.

Keep the template. Make the next plan yours. Plans and kits are saved in this browser; export kits for backup. Soft instrumental music plays throughout; there is no narration.

One redraw. A starting point you can use again.

  1. 01

    Redraw your reference

Add a JPG or PNG and trace walls, doors, windows and details. Turn the reference into geometry you can select, adjust and make your own.

  2. 02

    Keep the template

Save a framed plan as a Layout or a repeatable detail as a Component. Keep them together in a kit, ready for the next project.

  3. 03

Reuse it for the next floor plan

Add your saved Layout to a new frame, then edit the copy to fit the new reference. Your original template stays in the Library, ready to use again.

Reference pixels are a tracing aid and are excluded from PNG and PDF drawing exports.

Keep the work.
Build on it next time.

Every plan gives you something worth keeping: a room layout, a familiar door detail, a set of fixtures. Save those decisions so your next floor plan starts with work you already know.

Choose a saved template from the Library and place an editable copy. Move walls, change openings and adapt the details for the new plan. The template you started from remains yours to reuse.

Your details, ready to place

Keep doors, fixtures and selected groups as Components. Place familiar details again without rebuilding each one.

Your layout, ready to adapt

Keep a framed design as a Layout. Start the next floor plan from an editable copy and change what the new project needs.

What about AI assistance?

The optional Assistant and AI review tools require connection or provider setup and your review before applying changes. They do not guarantee plan accuracy. Ollama supports template assessment; local wall generation is unavailable.
